He has over 30 years of varied and rich experience to his credit, in the finance and management spheres. Ganti has founded and managed a very successful Management and Financial Consultancy firm that excelled in providing financial and management advisory services to a number of large scale and medium scale industries and entrepreneurs. He is also, presently, an Independent Director on the Board of Granules India Limited and Pitti Laminations Limited.

Mr. K Jayabharath Reddy

Jayabharath Reddy is a retired IAS officer with a vast experience of 34 years in the Indian Administrative Service. Through this long stint, he has held various important positions with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Government of India. He was on the board of several organizations, banks and financial institutions. He has held several positions with immediate and direct responsibility for policy formation and decision-making, by virtue of which he has an accumulated wealth of versatile experience in General Administration, Financial, and Industrial Management.

Mr. C P Khandelwal

Khandelwal  has over two decades of rich experience in fund raising both in Equity and Debt Markets, Financial and Corporate restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions and Merchant Banking. He also handled more than 60 Public/Rights Issues, advisory, consulting, and syndication services for large corporates and has handled the entire broking activities of BSE, NES (Equity/Future & Options).
