Integrated Learning and Resourcing (ILR)
A partnership framework designed for large System Integrators working in any of the technologies we teach in. Typically most System Integrators recruit bulk of their resource requirements fresh out of technical colleges spending 6-8 months thereafter in various phases of supplemental training and shadow resourcing towards making these resources ‘business relevant’. Thereafter there is the risk of losing such candidates after incubating them.
- In the ILR framework, SQL Star sources the resource though an agreed process of shortlisting and QA, trains these resources on the supplemental skills required and recruits them on its rolls for deployment at the SI’s facilities on a contractual basis.
